First Party/Coverage

First party/Coverage claims deal with the defense of claims filed directly against insurance companies. These include those arising out of storm damage, bad faith handling of a claim, uninsured motorist coverage, property damage, and legal coverage opinions. We handle these types of claims for many large insurance companies throughout the state, and have extensive experience handling claims in South Texas, including the dangerous Rio Grande Valley where storm damage claims have become pervasive.
