For example, we recently completed a trial against a prominent, local trial attorney where the plaintiff had sustained life changing injuries. We represented the owner of the apartment complex where the accident had occurred. Plaintiff’s demand in closing arguments was in excess of 5 million dollars. The jury awarded 100% of responsibility for the accident to the plaintiff and $0 to our client.
