We represented a construction company in a case where the Plaintiff, a laborer on the project, contended that he was injured when he fell from the back of a supply truck. Plaintiff claimed that his fall was due to the construction company’s alleged negligence in failing to make his work environment reasonably safe and failure to provide him adequate training. The Plaintiff claimed significant injuries and sought damages of $1,000,000. We filed a motion for summary judgment on Plaintiff’s negligence claims and the 171st District Court in El Paso, Texas granted our motion and dismissed all claims against our client.
