She was claiming chronic medical conditions, including Grave’s disease and partial blindness, as a result of exposure to asbestos during a school renovation.  She was seeking damages in excess of $2,000,000.  The case was technical and complex as a result of numerous medical and construction experts. After a seven-day trial the jury deliberated less than 30 minutes before delivering a complete defense verdict.
