During 2018, Espey & Associates completed eight jury trials to verdict or settlement during trial. These trials were in venues across the state. Of the cases that were tried to jury verdict, our success was 100%. Specifically, where liability was in question, the jury returned a no liability finding and where liability was stipulated, the jury awarded damages significantly below the pre-trial settlement offer.
